Well located 197 room hotel close to shopping centre and river also next door to bus station although 20 minutes walk from the trains. Comfortable rooms with windows that open, but A/C if needed. We spent two night here and the room rate included breakfast. A sign at the entrance to the breakfast room suggested coming early (7am- 8am) when the numbers would be low, in other words calm, however arriving at 7.15 it was already impossibly crowded and with tables being placed together canteen style, there was little space for a relaxed meal as everyone was packed in together. It would be difficult to imagine then what it was going to be like doing the ‘busy’ period. This may be caused by coach parties or people reading the sign and coming early seeking a peaceful start to the day!

Stayed here in group tour. Nice large room with comfortable double bed. We had comfortable nights sleep. Good air con. Nice bathroom and good hairdryer. Good breakfast and nice coffee. Well located for walk along river to old town. Friendly staff. Nice red Soviet car in foyer.

Convenient location, next to bus station and practically everything in the city center. Good breakfast. Bathroom could use some more thought. Put a stopper in the sink. There are modern ones that are convenient and don't get stolen. Also, how about some wash cloths? A non-slip mat for the very slippery tile floor in the shower would help. A few disposable plastic cups in the bathroom would be nice. Glass glasses are a bit dangerous in bathrooms where people are walking barefoot. The soap was fine, but extremely difficult to wash off. Perhaps not compatible with the water in Tartu?

We had two dubble rooms with different views. One to the bus station and the other to the river. Rooms were big and comfortable. Unfortunately not so very clean, old chips on the floor and stains in bathroom. No fridge but AC functions well. Breakfast was good but crowdy. We liked the little gym that´s open 24/7.

Firstly, the lobby area is beautiful and the staff is friendly. You will feel very welcome. Secondly, the breakfast is great with a large variety and nice coffee. Greetings to the happy lady who was serving in the breakfast area! Thirdly, the location is great - everything is nearby. About downsides - the walls are trembling when someone's door closes and you can hear waterwork. Unfortunately, someone in the room's bathroom has been smoking and you can tell that, especially when showering. The bathroom needs refreshing. The rooms have large windows - a lot of light but the day curtains are missing. I wish there would have been body lotion - the water seemed to dry the skin.
