그랜드 호텔 헬리오스

Hotel is pretty clean and basic, but the interior stuck in the '70s, almost felt creepy. Close to the sea side. Staff nice enough, breakfast was in the room rate, but gave me the canteen feeling. Overall, I don't think €110 a night was worth it.

We were put up here after ITA Airways canceled out flight and we missed our connecting flight. One of the most vile, disgusting places we have ever been. An abandoned property in disrepair with no staff, amenities, food or decent utilities we paid cash for a "taxi" to take us back to the airport rather than stay in this run down, gross vile mess of what should be a condemned property. Beware if you stay here or fly ITA Airways. One of the worst travel experiences we have ever had in our global endeavors.

This hotel was booked for us and had we known we would not have been there at all! Not only was it not convenient, but on arrival it was obvious that this hotel has been neglected as the plaster was coming off the outer walls. In fairness, quite a few places in the area were in a poor state of repair. Inside, it was clean but dated as if back in the 70s. Shower was in a very bad condition and there wasn't even a hook to hold up the shower head. Only found 2 plugs in the room - one being used for the fridge and the other behind the single bed. Air con unit was a bit noisy.. Breakfast was... Let's see, pitiful, to say the least and that is knowing what continental breakfasts are usually consistent of in Italy. Toilet in lobby was right beside an open window which was just at the level of the WC so glad nobody outside at the time.. and we couldn't find any way to flush it. Had no real interaction with staff except at reception on arrival and they were fine. Very close to the local beach which was nice but otherwise it's a "NO" don't do it!

Tranne la cucina che si salva il resto è buio pesto. Bagno anni 60 con rubinetti vecchi senza miscelatore. Idem la doccia piccolissima. Condizionatore antidiluviano e rumorioso. Per paura che te ne vai subito ti fanno pagare il soggiorno in anticipo (!!) La spiaggia è sporca e il mare pieno di alghe e posidonia puzzolente. Mai più e vorrei sapere chi gli ha dato 4 stelle .

Riporto la positiva esperienza del soggiorno di mia figlia in gita scolastica. Il personale ha riservato particolare attenzione alle esigenze alimentari di mia figlia, con una accuratezza che non avevo mai riscontrato prima. Hanno creato le condizioni per un soggiorno sereno per la ragazza e per noi genitori. Grazie!

Hotel dove la privacy non esiste. Camerieri scorbutici, cibo riscaldato e albicocca con funghi, non si chiudono le porte. Consiglierei per ristrutturare Vegeta. Ed infine i camerieri guardano male ed sono molto sospetti. C’è una puzza.
