Hotel Termal

It was a very good experience at the terms hotel in felix. We were so good treated from the personal. Especially the team at the reception! They tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Gabriella is a fantastic manager. Room is nice and clean and has a balcony. Very quiet. Pools are never too crowded. The food can be a bit better because every day same. And sometimes salads are not so fresh… but ok. We had a good time and we will come back again soon !

Addition: - room internet via cable ok, wifi not so much - the room is ok in terms of space - bathroom ok - 3 elevators - beautiful view Negative: - 660 lei per room per night with mixed breakfast (too much for what it offers - small pools - unvaried breakfast - beds that creak if you turn on your side - high prices at the shops inside / respectively mediocre mini bar - they don't offer you a towel/bathrobe for this money In conclusion, for young people there is no income, for old people who have no claims and what they do with the money is worth it A fair price would have been a maximum of 400 lei in full season

My and my SO have been to this hotel for Easter break. I will split this review into some positive and negative ratings. Front desk 5/5: People from front desk were very welcoming and managed to check-in/out us very quickly as the room was already prepared. Room 5/5: We've got a room on the first floor. As I've understood from the staff,the first 4 floors have been renovated. I have too tell that those rooms are 4 stars. The room is not that big,but is very tidy and very well designed. I also loved the big shower with tha glass. Definetly a lot of potential. Maids: 1/5: I'm sorry,but this is a big negative stat for me. We've been there 4 nighits. I know that this is a 3 stars-hotel but the maids were kind of mean and had a superior atitude. They didn t clean our room at all,just emptied the trash. I can also say that they have a really superior atitude and not client-orientated. We had 4 big towels. When i wanted to change them ( I went to them,not otherwise as it's usual) they didn t want to change all 4 because it s a 2 people room so just 2 towels. The staff should not on unde any circumstance thak the client for granted. Pools 4/5: The cleanlines is outstanding. Water has been changed every evening and the pool area is very clean . The minus is that people are smoking in the pool and...I find that a bad thing even though I'm also a smoker. Disclaimer: I didn't smoke in the pool. Price: We have payed almost 600Euros for the stay. The breakfast+dinner have been inclued (open buffet) and Easter traditions. Off-Easter room were 100-110Euros/night. I think that price is a bit overrated for a 3 star-hotel. Just my opinion. Overall was a good staying and we will come back but please,for those money the maids could do a better job.
