Premier Inn Liverpool (Tarbock)

Been going to this hotel for last 5 yrs. What can I say the staff just get better and better. Needed some help Julie and aggie went above and beyond to sort my problem. Even though it was not related to this hotel. Honestly can't praise them enough Amazing.

Good, comfortable and clean, but continental breakfast had soggy croissants & pain au chocolats. Also the advertised orange juice wasn't available

The hotel was easy to find, with a good sized car park. Staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we slept very well. Handy having a restaurant on the site, we enjoyed a couple of meals there. We’d definitely go back again.

This has everything you’d expect for a Premier Inn: comfortable, reliable, value for money but also outstanding customer service and this sets it apart from the rest. A shoutout to Adell and the team for making us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and every morning and evening we were greeted with a friendly face. It’s very easy to get to the hotel and there is plenty of parking. There is a pub right next door and a supermarket just a few mins walk away.

I nearly always book a premier inn when travelling for business. Tarbock staff are fabulous - so friendly and welcoming which makes such a difference to your stay Thank you all and I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family

Arrived early in the chance of getting the room a few hours before normal check in, greeted by friendly staff who arranged the early check in which was great so I could get a few hours sleep before a night shift for work, staff couldn’t do enough for me to make sure my stay would go without a hitch. Room very comfortable I’m sure I’ll sleep like a log tomorrow morning

Absolute best. Nice and clean rooms, the restaurant is amazing, ample free parking space, nothing to complain here. The staff is very friendly and always smiling!!! ＜3 It's a good value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a stay near Huyton with Roby.

Super location and a very easy check in / out. Room was as expected and it all worked fine. The WiFi was very good cf other Premier Inns. Good levels of cleanliness. Parking and being able to find it was easy and very friendly, helpful staff.

I was on ground floor and it was silent all night. The lady on reception was very friendly and it was so easy to walk next door to get food. The breakfast was quick and really well cooked. There’s enough signal in the rooms and restaurant for 4G for working. Extras: Parking was free and easy, right opposite Aldi for picking up supplies. I also found a Voltaire Sports village a short drive away where I could go for a fitness class for £5. So very conveniently located for a business trip.
