The host of Little Cabin ( the caretaker of the unit) required my personal information thru WhatsApp prior to checking in. While I had booked thru trip.com, it was baseless for me to provide personal details thru WhatsApp. Upon checking in at the Little Cabin office, the host had sent me a PDF file of the car park and check in guide which was an unsecured file to be viewed. The same was conveyed to the host who took no further action. Location - a busy area during peak hours, surrounded by eateries, supermarket, convenience store & mall. Accommodation - Nice view, quiet environment, clean interior except for the TV control(s) which was damaged and TV had no signal. I made a WatsApp Complaint with photos to the host, but no action was taken. Rest was all well.
