Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

방은 좋고 깨끗합니다. 복도 바로 건너편에 수영장이 있거나 엘리베이터 앞에 있습니다. 길 건너편에는 Pasar 8.This 장소가 있으며 다양한 요리로 가득 차 있으며 ATM 서비스를 포함합니다. 이 위치 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰 Living World도 있습니다.

전략적인 위치, 간단한 컨셉을 갖춘 호텔이지만 손님의 편안함을 줄이지 않습니다. 와이파이도 빠르고 침대도 매우 편안하고 깨끗한 시트와 베개도 편안함 (사진에서 시트와 회색 베개 장갑을 상상했던 정도) 방의 크기는 너무 크지 않고 너무 작지 않습니다. 인도네시아 크기에 적합합니다. 독특한 욕실(캐빈모델과 순조롭게 흐르는 온수샤워)의 컨셉은 전기 시스템을 필요가 있는 키카드가 없어서 AC가 있는 방을 떠나서 계속 전등 켜놓을 수 있었습니다. 저렴한 가격과 편안한 객실 시설로 숙박하고 싶은 여행객에게 매우 추천할만한 호텔

나는 favehotel Hasyim Asyari에 5번 이상 머물렀지만 마지막 숙박은 상당히 실망스러웠습니다. 지난 7월 1일 토요일 915호를 예약했는데 식수 보일러 상태가 너무 더러웠고 얼룩도 있었고 동물 배설물 냄새(창고의 쥐똥 같은)도 있었습니다. 즉시 접수원에게 깨끗한 것으로 교체해달라고 요청했더니 담당자가 교체해 주었습니다. 하지만 제 생각에는 그것은 손님의 건강을 위험에 빠뜨릴 수 있기 때문에 매우 치명적인 실수라고 생각합니다. 체크아웃할 때 리셉션 직원에게 ”주전자를 사용하고 우리 가족이 물을 마신다면요.”라고 말했습니다. 장담하는데, 당신의 매니저는 그 더러운 주전자의 물을 모두 마셔야 합니다.”

소파, 간이 주방, 욕조가 완비된 넓은 객실입니다. 투숙한 조식 종류는 많지 않지만 맛은 아주 좋습니다. Covid19 프로토콜이 구현되었습니다. 수영장과 체육관이 있지만 전염병 기간 동안 수영장에 입장할 수 있는 최대 인원이 제한되어 있기 때문에 줄을 서야 합니다. 전반적으로 가격도 좋고 가족 / 그룹 숙박에 권장됩니다.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel
