180 km north of Helsinki, in Tampere / Pispalanharju, lake Pyhäjärvi 60 m (60 km long, 8 km wide), shallow, hard clay ground, pier.

Originally built in 1926, converted into a residential building in the 1960s, completely renovated in 2005, large living area (high quality home theater, big screen for movie viewing, Elisa entertainment channel, video box, high speed internet connection), sleeping space in hall with double bed, washroom (WC and shower), terrace. In the yard there are garden furniture and a fishing smoking box (Muurikka). By the beach pier and gas grill. The villa is on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi on a beautifully landscaped garden, only 3 km from Tampere city center. By bus you can reach Tampere center in 10 minutes.

Nearby there are good jogging and cycling trails in the scenery of Pispala and Pyynikinharju (including an observation tower and a summer theater).

Previously the building has been used as a cinema- and recording studio, now rented for festivities and for accommodation.

This building is in the same yard with owner's conservation home, the beach is for the customers' own use, the lake is known to have good fishing possibilities.

1,2 km away on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi is Rajaportti's public sauna, which can be rented for private turns, but there is also public turns.

Here you can combine your holiday with boating, fishing, grilling on your own beach and a great cultural offer of the city (among others Särkänniemi Amusement Park and Tamperetalo Concerts).
