#好評#對房內採光，房間佈局滿意；第二次入住了，酒店不是很新，但是房间的设施等都是齐全，因为有带厨房，房间内卫生不不是很好，有看到过蟑螂。 服务太大很差，入住的时候前台在我拿了信用卡后，告知可以用现金，刚好迈阿密最后一站来了，有25美金现金拿给他做押金，没想到退房的时候经理直接说现金不退，吵架了半天，态度极其恶劣，直接说让我报警。给他的员工打电话，也确认了收了25美金，狡辩说告知我现金不予以退还。根本没有的事情，又不是没有信用卡。以后不会再住了。

Generally, it worked for us. It had an airport shuttle and breakfast daily. Also for 3 days of the week it has a complimentary evening hot food. We had the one-bedroom suite which we liked. On the downside, rooms are serviced every 7 days but housekeeping did check on us daily to see if we needed anything. It would have been helpful if they and the restaurant staff had a better use of English as it was difficult to communicate at times. And if rooms are not serviced daily, a broom, mop and dustpan in the rooms would help with those inevitable spills. The laundry room was in the gym and I noticed that all machines were inoperable. Luckily for us they were not needed but this does not attention. Nothing really spoiled our stay but attention to the details, particularly those mentioned, would go a long way to increasing guest satisfaction.

Charged $7 for parking which is a BS add on that should be in the price. No Ice machine...will not stay at this property again.

The city view from the balcony was nice. The room however needs some deep cleaning. Shampoo the carpet, painting, kitchen sink is very dirty..bathroom needs to be upgraded.

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived and they never contacted me when it was (as they said they would) Breakfast is not good at all. They didn’t clean my room until I asked. Toilet leaked water all over the floor and they left it that way after cleaning the room.

This hotel needs a lot of work! You can tell that it is an older hotel, and they tried to do a few things to make it more modern. I booked two rooms with balconies for a 2-week stay, and the A/C in one of the rooms clogged the first night we were there and completely soaked the carpet. My mom had to switch rooms (to one without a balcony), and we were only offered a refund equivalent to one night's stay. The refund should've covered the whole 2 weeks since I paid for two rooms with balconies and didn't get what I paid for! The free breakfast was awful! The eggs were cold and had no taste, and there was rarely any breakfast meats such as sausages or bacon. If there was bacon, it was just a few slices, and you were lucky if you got any. The staff didn't stay on top of what was running low; things would run out, and you always had to look for someone to replenish the items. In addition, there weren't very many other breakfast food options. This hotel also advertised free laundry facilities, but there were only 4 machines (two washers and two dryers), and three of the machines were broken during my 2-week stay. I ran into one of the maintenance workers in the elevator once, and he himself told me that the hotel needs a lot of repairs. There are a few other things I could complain about, but I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it.

It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Nothing worked all the washing machines and dryers were broken. The food was no good. The rooms were dirty and up need updating I wouldn't go there. I give it a zero stars.

Pls if they can put another help when having breakfast in the morning.the gentleman is doing his best but he cannot give the service alone.he is doing his best to provide everyone but itis too much for him.in the past they where 2 person but the hotelstaff made bad change.
