Location, location, location conveniently located minutes from the Capitol, 10 mins to Hospitals and 1.8 miles from FSU!The space: Enter through your private entrance and into your large single room with floor-to-ceiling windows and queen bed. This unit features its own kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils. It also comes with a closet and a 2020 renovated private full bathroom! Large front yard and fenced backyard for your enjoyment. Perfect for all travel and offers a laptop-friendly workspace with fast internet and reliable Wi-Fi for work-from-home travelers.Guest access: Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer.Other details to note:All rooms are bleached post-check-out and again before check-in due to Covid-19. We also provide additional linen/towels for longer-term stays. This unit books fast and is usually booked for several days/weeks at a time.
