Todo bien. Centrico y bien ubicado. Atención correcta y limpio.

I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

Nice little hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. It'd be nice if their motion detectors turned the lights in the parking garage on a tad longer. :)

This is where we stay in Talca, always the same place, so no complaints obviously

No es malo. Agradable y bien ubicado. Sin embargo, hay detalles que obligan a elegir otro lugar para una nueva ida a la zona. El aire acondicionado jamás funcionó. Nos tocó una habitación muy calurosa en el cuarto piso. Además, la muralla tenía evidentes signos de humedad y filtraciones. Ah y la cortesía siempre es bienvenida, amigos!

Un hotel como para descansar ante el trabajo, te sientes cómodo y seguro, con habitaciones cómodas, limpieza y buena ubicación, en plena alameda de Talca, en restaurant, pudiera mejorar, presentando un desayuno más saludable y contar con algunos productos locales, en cuanto al salón de eventos excelente pantalla y espacio, cómodo con buena acústica

Gracias su personal, que hicieron una estadía muy agradable. Respeto y amabilidad es lo que se respira en el hotel. Habitaciones muy amplias, cama grande. Almohadas muy cómodas Restaurante de menú acotado, pero platos muy bien preparados, abundantes. Buen vino a precios razonables y por supuesto la atención del mozo y personal del comedor 5 estrellas.
