Great place to stay and relax after a round trip through the Peruvian Andes. A very relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful beach. The seafront villa was very comfortable. The entire staff is prepared to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Janina for her support.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredible staff. The service is world-class, and every detail made my stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Alejandro and his team for their exceptional hospitality. I truly wish I could remember all the names—every single person I met added something special to my experience. To mention just a few names - Jury, who made such a lasting impression with his warm personality and ability to connect with everyone. Fiorela’s full-body massage was like a dance—soft yet firm, pure relaxation! You absolutely must book a session with her – it’s an experience not to be missed! The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented from breakfast to dinner. The Bloody Mary and Pisco Sour were the best I’ve ever had! Daily activities like outdoor movie nights, paddleboarding, and walks along the beach added to the experience. Don’t miss the breathtaking viewpoint just across from the hotel! We had an amazing stay in this beachfront hotel.The location is beautiful right by the ocean, the room was clean, comfortable a very well maintained. But what really made the difference was the staff, very friendly, serviceable and attentive giving the extra mile; Marco, Jorge , Luis , Elton , Mariana, everyone and of course the personal hospitality of the manager.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly, but overall it does not feel like a true five-star experience. There is only one restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it is outdoors and open. In the evenings this becomes uncomfortable, as it gets chilly and windy, and sitting there is not pleasant. In summer this might be fine, but in winter it would be much better to have an enclosed space. Breakfast is quite simple and the buffet layout is not what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Facilities are limited. The “spa” turned out to be just a massage room, and the gym was a tiny space with one bench and a few dumbbells. The pool bar is only open from 11:00 to 18:00. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, (though unfortunately there is no bathtub) There are bottles of wine available for purchase, but strangely no wine glasses provided. What we found most disappointing was the reconstruction work going on during our stay. We had not been informed about this beforehand — had we known, we would not have booked. Trucks drove up and down the beach all day, unloading large stones, creating huge clouds of dust and sand. This made it impossible to enjoy the beach, and even elsewhere the dust was noticeable. The noise was also disruptive, and the dust reached the restaurant, forcing the staff to constantly wipe sand off the tables. Not exactly the relaxing holiday experience we had hoped for. Once again, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location is beautiful — but there are still many details that need to be improved before this can live up to five-star standards.

We had the best holiday at Arennas. The room was modern, well equipped and had the most amazing view. The food was outstanding and the menu offered a variety of cuisines, which compliment the excellent standard of cocktails too. The staff were out of this world, making us feel so welcome. They were friendly, caring and professional, in particular Mariana, Gary and Pedro. Thank you!

Customer service is excellent, servers, front desk. Jorge and Margiory. Food delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly resort.
