Khaolak Wanaburee Resort is an ideal place for those who appreciate nature, comfort, and tranquility. Pros: The hotel boasts a large, well-maintained area with a beautiful landscape design. It has everything: direct beach access, a picturesque stream, and even a lake. The rooms are very clean, modern, and truly meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Daily housekeeping ensures impeccable cleanliness. The charming bridges connecting different parts of the property add a special touch. Walking across them feels like being in untouched jungles. The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there’s a cozy beachside café nearby where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the sea view. The resort’s territory is full of life: you’ll see many butterflies and even friendly monitor lizards wandering around, adding to the tropical paradise vibe. Cons: Breakfasts could be more varied, especially in terms of fresh pastries. Good to know: The nearest 7/11 or town café is about a 15-minute walk away (there’s a sidewalk). If you prefer not to walk, a taxi costs 100 baht. The closest self-service laundry is a 15-minute drive away (400 baht). Overall, Khaolak Wanaburee Resort is a perfect choice for those looking to relax in harmony with nature while enjoying comfort and quality service. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel Wanaburee. It is in a prefect location, on the beach and surrounded by forest which is lovely to hear the sounds of nature. There are 2 pools, one right on the front looking out to the sea and my favourite was the 2nd in a beautiful location surrounded by the trees (adults only). The food at the restaurant was really good every night and I was happy to see they served frozen cocktails which are lovely in the warm heat. The staff are what really helps to make this hotel, with everyone very friendly. We hope the hotel appreciates their staff. Special shout out to Sinny who was a wonderful member of the bar/restaurant team, friendly and helpful at all times with a smile on her face every day. We also very much appreciated her good English, as our Thai was limited to hello and thank you! This hotel is good value for money and prices not so different from the main ***** in khao lak (unless you go to the outskirts). Having a massage right on the beach was also a wonderful experience. We stayed in a forest view room which had great space and the hotel cleaning was good throughout.

It was an amazing time! This great masterpiece place with a very professional and friendly staff made our vacation unforgettable! We spend the last 5 days of our Thailand vacation here and didn‘t want to leave this place: the kitchen was great, it‘s very clean and the service is very attentive! Thank you so much!

This hotel has the best location on the beach. Wide stretch of sand with perfect swimming opportunities irrespective of the tide changes. Good breakfast with a wide assortment and the beach restaurant is good for dinner and lunch. For a bit of variation you have two other adjacent restaurants. Rooms are clean and according to the pricing. Maintenance is a bit behind schedule, nevertheless not really an issue to complain.

Nicht noch einmal. Das Hotel an und für sich, wäre schön. Aber die Hotelmanagerin geht gar nicht. Hinterhältige Person. Habe ein gehobeneres Zimmer gebucht mit direktem Poolzugang ( dies war überbucht ) und musste dann in ein billigeres Zimmer. Das wäre ja noch ok, aber dass mir die Dame dann NUR 200.- € Differenz zahlte ( das ist laut ihr die Differenz zum anderen Zimmer ), ist eine absolute Frechheit. Habe es dann dem Veranstalter in Deutschland gemeldet, der mir bestätigte, dass der Betrag von der Hotelmanagerin nicht mal 50% Differenz ist. Erhielt dann den Rest vom Geld vom Veranstalter. Diese Dame hat mich also ganz klar betrogen! Dies passte der Hotelmanagerin natürlich gar nicht, sie unrerstellte mir, dass ich doppelt kassieren will, usw. War dann auch nicht mehr freundlich und zeigte ihr wahres Gesicht.Zt. wurde ich nicht mal mehr gegrüsst. Absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten. Ganz respektlose Person, wenn sie kritisiert wird. Es sind noch andere Dinge mit ihr vorgefallen wo ich hier nicht kommentieren werde. Meiner Meinung ist sie für den Job als Hotelmanagerin nicht geeignet.

Hôtel intimiste de 55 chambres ( ce qui change des ressorts à côté de plus de 100 chambres) Très bien situé sur la plage mais à 1,5 km du centre il faut prendre un taxi pour s’y rendre car pas évident à pied Restaurant sur la plage. Notre chambre lodge était très confortable , personnel agréable et sympathique.
