The best way to describe this premier inn is shabby, dingey and in need of a really good clean. The room was dark and run down, the mirror had a big stained of some sort in it and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. When we went for breakfast the food looked like it had been there a long time, under the hot lights, the tables hadn’t been cleared from previous guests and the bananas were all black and bruised. The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly but the quality of the accommodation itself was very poor.

Friendly atmosphere. Really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend. Parking is on site and there was plenty of spaces. A little info on my stay in one of the rooms. You have a fan in the room, which was excellent due to the hot climate during my stay. The big double bed was really comfy. I slept very well.

Lovely billows and bed, the staff were lovely and kind all the beds were done lovely. Food was lovely also would defo recommend it

It’s a excellent hotel very comfortable and nice people friendly staff comfortable bed I’ve stayed at a few hotels this is the best the staff are always on hand to help you parking is easy there’s a lot of parking spaces it’s near the local restaurants and towns

Very Welcoming & accommodating, both in the hotel & adjacent bar/restaurant. Stayed for the Epsom Derby. Top class service. Thank you to Magee Lisa, Duty Mgr Laura & bar staff waiters Natalie, Nathan for making our stay perfect. Will stay again.
