Stayed for the second time at this lodge and had a lovely stay. Staff were so very friendly in particular Ashley and Vicky. Would highly recommend a stay here. Very professional and extremely friendly ( Thank you Ashley) you made our stay very welcoming 😊

The room was very welcoming, clean and fresh. Pillows were a little bit disappointing. The tv in our room would loose sound and signal on the second day so very frustrating,First day was fine. We had to report the toilet not working properly. The reception staff were brilliant and very forthcoming in advice of were to eat in york. It's close to the Askham bar park and ride approx 6-7 miles. 3.90 adult return last bus back was 8.30pm. Would stay there again as we didn't do all we wanted to do. Hotel manager Nigel was awesome 👌 you were so happy , nice to meet you x

Doors being slammed from 0300 onwards. Surely you would have EVERY door on a dampener if your business is to provide people with a nights rest! Granted you can’t control ****** opening/closing doors but you can control the door! Heading to work for 9 hours with 2hr drive home on a couple of broken hours sleep.

Great hotel, nice and quiet with very friendly staff. I stay here quite often for work. The hotel has recently been renovated so it has a fresh feel to the place. My rooms have always been clean and tidy. The Staff are always willing to provide assistance if needed. Good job staff👍

This one is the best we’ve been at! Very good staff both nigh porter and day staff very friendly. Room was excellent. And bathroom shower was very well maintained and everything worked as it should. We book on average 1-2 a month as we travel around the country working g on events! Well done all a very pleasant stay. Chris

We were made very welcome by receptionist Ashley who sorted out our room and gave us information about where to eat locally. She was extremely helpful.
