Hotel Bergo Resort & Spa

This hotel is very nice for stay, they have really nice treatment for their guests !Luxurious apartments and also luxurious wellness area (Steam sauna, Infrared sauna, Finnish Sauna, heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi! What we liked: - We had privilege room, so we had Two story room and it was huge - Really nice fitness centre - everything in this hotel shine bright - breakfast we’re fantastic, there was everything what you need for nice stay. - In rooms was everything what we needed and also something extra what we didn’t expected -Really nice price for this stay What we didn’t like: - Staff is not speaking in English properly, because this is 5 star hotel I would expect speaking in English everybody - Very small parking lot in front of the hotel, last day somebody said to us, that there is a garage - nobody on reception said something like that to us - this receptionist said to us that we can keep car where ever is some space. Thank you very much.

Modern and stylish hotel with everything a family needs. Superior room is extra spacious and more than enough for a family of 4. Wonderful SPA, warm and clean pool and jacuzzi. We were dissapointed by quite unpleasant restaurant staff and a fact, that they clean breakfast raut tables in the evening, so it kind of discust one while eating dinner. Other con was the housekeeping: during a six-day stay, they didn't change the sheets even once, didnt clean the floor every day and they made the bed worse than I do it myself (I had to redo it after them and I am really not a cleaning freak). Value it yourself by the photos attached.

We’ve spent wonderful time with kids. Hotel has an excellent restaurant, especially breakfast is very rich, and they have modern and tasty drinks on a bar. What is important it’s close to the ski arena and promenade but hidden in a small forest. You can relax in outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi

The hotel is new, personally I would not rate it 5*, rather max 4*. I visited the hotel with my family. The first impression was negative - the room was not ready. Bed linen, towels, bathrobe and more were missing. The first impression of disappointment and you are already focusing more on the negative. Just my opinion: if a 5* hotel offers rooms for 3 people (in our case, 16-year-old adults and 1 16-year-old child), it would be more appropriate to equip the room with a third full-sized bed, not a folding not very comfortable sofa. Meals: breakfast and dinner included, same repetitive breakfast - sufficient. Buffet dinner - not very successful. Spa: insufficient for the number of guests, non-observance of hotel rules - entry 16+ - to designated areas, not supervised by staff. Paid parking for guests, not included in the price of accommodation (I have not encountered this yet). Cleaning: again insufficient for the presentation of a 5* hotel At least some positive: the location of the hotel for starting hikes - new hotel I'm not sure I can recommend this hotel in good conscience.

Very pleasent hotel for resting and relaxing. Located 10 minute walk from centre, but located on a steep hill. Nice rooms, above average breakfast. Good pool and jacuzzi, but easily gets overcrowded with higher occupancy. Only con is restaurant. It is fine dining expensive place not fit for mid scale hotel. On top of that service is mixed and food actually often below expectations.

very pleasantly surprised, great service, cleanliness, great room design, balcony, room equipment - hair dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor whirlpool, we also used relaxing massages. excellent food at reasonable prices, breakfast included and an incredible selection of everything with constant replenishment of what was left. You really don't expect a race to see who won the designated croissant. enough of everything - fritters, pancakes, waffles, several types of sweet pastries, fruit salads, desserts, yogurts, she will prepare everything culturedly in adorable glasses. Savory - several types of pastries, several spreads, several preparations of eggs, sausages, cheeses, wellness is free all day.. jacuzzi, sauna, swimming poole, smál fitness - everything perfect, clean... the best.. This hotel is the prototyp of hotels, how it should work. All staff is here for People, everyone-s doing the best for people. Best duck breast for dinner in ages!!!!
