학교 옆에 학교가 있어 보기에 매우 편리함 학교 풍경이 매우 좋음 직원들이 매우 친절하고 활동적임 다만 호텔 시설이 노후되고 위생이 미흡하나 위치가 정말 좋음 좋고 무시할 수 있습니다

Very comfortable room with a good view of the university. The only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and there was not great water pressure.

窗外景色不錯，出門就是雪城大學，前台接待很nice，衞生尚可，空調室外機噪音確實大，馬桶沖水聲也大，早餐簡單，總體感覺還可以。

除了離學校近，其他一無是處，老掉牙的破酒店，空調的聲音比拖拉機還響，居然還能照常運行還有客人入住，都瞎了眼了？

We had a lovely stay here for Brice Springsteen concert at the nearby sports dome. Great location, easy parking, helpful desk staff. Room was fine, beds comfortable, soft pillows, clean. Our lamp looked like it had been used in a jousting match with a dented shade and bent pole and very loose fixture. But at 8:10in the morning we heard a knock and then housekeeping walked right in! We were in bathroom/still in bed and it was very shocking. Housekeeper didn’t seem surprised at all, just asked us when we were checking out. We said “not now!”and asked her to leave. No idea why she felt it was appropriate to assume we had left and then barge in at that hour and not even apologize.

Unfortunately the hotel is closing following this years Syracuse University Graduation in may. I want to apologize for the issue regarding housekeeping. This, of course, is unacceptable and I will make sure it does not happen again. I can assure you this is not typical and surprising to hear.
