Amazing place to stay in sylhet right next to sylhet airport my room was beautiful I had the executive suit from my terrace you can see sylhet airport runway place taking off and landing also amazing view

Overall I had a pleasant stay. It's a great 5 star hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Great reception, great service and vibes. Room is clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. This hotel is close to the airport and far enough away from the noise and hustle. I will definitely come again.

My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.

We had an amazing time at the Grand Sylhet Hotel. Staff were all very courteous and provided great service, left no stone unturned; including concierge, reception, duty managers and restaurant staff. They were quick to assist with any request and truly went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay whilst in Sylhet. Lots of entertainment activities, especially liked the tea lounge with multiple offerings of tea from the London Tea Exchange and mocktails. Arcade, a few stores and pool were also available. The centre of Sylhet town was easily accessible about 10-15 mins drive, CNGs/cars easily found - hotel staff always helped flag down. We will definitely be returning.

Great hospitality. Clean pool. Good selection for both the breakfast and dinner buffet. The rooms have all the amenities you can imagine concluding ironing and shoe shiner even. A bit in the pricey side but corporate rates are good if you can strike one.

Outstanding service! Rubel & Tahmina were fantastic. Comfy beds, but TV lacked smart features, no Netflix. Overall, a superb stay! I would definitely recommend people to come check it out. They have an arcade, swimming pool and even badminton Court.

Very excellent service I've got on signature resturent with server Mr. pabel and supervisor Mr.Muhtasim are excellent on there work.They're vary professional with 5 star quality.
