The Lake Escape is a newly fully renovated 4 bedroom home with amazing panoramic main lake views and in ground pool. Every inch of this home has been just remodeled with designer high end finishes.The main floor features a large living room perfect for hanging with family and friends, large dining room with seating for 12, sunroom, 1/2 bath, laundry room with a shower stall and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all large and small appliances, serve-ware, cookware, and ample storage for food. It also features brand new Thermador appliances and a large eat-at island with seating for 6.The dining area features a wine and coffee bar with all the amenities and a 30” wine and beverage fridge. The dining table is 10 ft long with room for 12. We also have a high chair provided.The sunroom is the perfect place to lounge with a cup of coffee in the morning, do a puzzle or play a game, and unwind with a glass of wine or cocktail in the evening.The master bedroom is also on the main floor with a large closet and bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub.There are also 2 decks off the main floor with seating, table and chairs and a gas grill. They provide a convenient place to enjoy a meal and sunrises and sunsets.The basement features another full kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It also has 2 full baths (one with a tub), 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 queens, and 1 king bedroom. The bonus room has a large smart TV, fireplace, plenty of seating, board games and shuffleboard table.The pool deck is the perfect place to hang out and to cool down, enjoy the game and the view! There is a covered area with a 70” TV, bluetooth speakers, a sofa and swivel chairs so everyone gets a view! Plus sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and umbrellas. The pool itself ranges from 3-7 ft and is a great place to end and start the day.At the lake, the boathouse has a TV, Bluetooth speakers, bar top and stools, fans, polywood chairs, swing chairs, picnic table, loungers to get your tan on, a large swim mat, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to enjoy. Water depth is around 9-10 ft (but does fluctuate slightly) and there is a jumping platform from the upper deck for the daredevils in the group to attempt. Boats are able to tie up using the wake watchers on the left side of the boathouse. We also have applied for a boathouse fishing permit so anyone can fish from there without needing a license! With four bedrooms and four full baths, it’s the ideal place for a family vacation, holiday gathering, tying the knot, or even a quiet, romantic weekend. No matter the season, Dawn on the Lake is the perfect place to social distance, relax and get away from it all.The house has three cozy levels nestled into the bank of the Poplar creek. The road or upper-level contains a five-space parking area connected to the house by a raised walkway. The upper-level entrance is equipped with a smart lock. Covered in bamboo flooring, the upper-level has two bedrooms that share a full bath: the Thunderbolt Room has a king-size bed and a double-size futon; and, the Bowtie Room has a queen-size bed.The laminated main or middle-level has an open floor plan with a living room, eat-in kitchen, entertainment area, and full bath. The kitchen is well-equipped with a flat-top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee grinder, toaster, and refrigerator, and is stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table seats eight, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with seven stools in the entertainment area. The living room and entertainment area are perfect gathering spots and serve as additional sleeping areas with a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The living room opens up to a large screened-in deck with a ceiling fan where you can relax and enjoy the sunset over the lake. The unscreened portion of the deck has a gas grill and exterior steps which lead to the lake-level and lower parking.The lake-level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Moon Room with its stunning lake-view is furnished with a king-size bed and contains an ensuite full bath. The Seashell Room has a queen-size bed and a double-size futon. The lake-level has a separate full bath, and the gathering room between the bedrooms has a double-size futon. On the lake-level you will find a full-sized washer/dryer, a second refrigerator, and an exterior exit to another parking area with three additional parking spaces.Dawn on the Lake provides outdoor activities for the whole family. The lakeside front yard is grass-covered and perfect for play, swinging under the pergola, or a good night story next to the fire pit under the night sky filled with stars. The property has a private pier equipped with rubber bumpers from which you can safely fish, float, and swim. The water is relatively shallow, so jumping or diving from the dock is not permitted. If you have a boat, you can launch at the recreational area just minutes away and dock at the pier. The beautiful, wide creek is great for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, or just cruising. A canoe and kayak are available for your use. Paddles are included, but be sure to bring your own life jackets. The house is child-friendly, but not child-proof. There are emergency exits on each level. Each level is equipped with a fire extinguisher: on the upper level, at the entrance to the house; on the middle level, in front of the refrigerator; and on the lower level, by the door. Board games are available for use, and the house has TVs and a DVD player. The house is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning on all three levels. Linens and towels are provided, but must be washed, dried, and returned to their original location upon departure. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
