Overall, my stay at Bergers Airporthotel was convenient due to its proximity to Memmingen Airport. The option to walk to the airport or use their airport transfer for 20 euros was handy. Additionally, a supermarket nearby made it easy to grab essentials. The reception operates from 8 am to 8 pm, with an automatic check-in machine available outside these hours, although it's best to reserve directly with the hotel for smoother check-in. The breakfast buffet, priced at an extra 11 euros, was fantastic, and complimentary tea, coffee, water, and gummy bears were a nice touch. However, I had concerns about safety and privacy. The lock didn't seem secure, which is worrisome for solo female travelers. Moreover, cleaners entering my room at 8 am and 10 am, despite the "do not disturb" sign and before the 11 am check-out time, was disruptive and unacceptable. This aspect needs improvement for a better guest experience.

Great room. Pain checking in because of the queue at the automatic system. Breakfast was decent and it's the best hotel around for the closeness to the airport.

We arrived because the flight the next day from the nearest airport, routed early, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, has a large wardrobe, we did not eat at the hotel because of the early hour....

We stayed here as we were leaving really early in the morning to fly out of Germany. Despite some people's reviews, I found it really clean and modern. We must been given one of the better rooms. Would stay here agian.

The automated check-in was a disaster. Arriving late (having notified the hotel beforehand) after a long journey the Automat did not recognise my booking number. Nobody was in the hotel. Finally another guest arrived who had the same problem. We called the number given and the gave us a code to enter the hotel, and then we had to search behind the desk for our room cards. Needless to say there was no possibility to get a drink at the hotel. It would be great if there were signs on the ground floor and the upper floors to direct the guests into the right direction to their rooms. I had booked a single room because I only stayed from 10pm to 6am. The bed was a joke, it reminded me of a camping bed, it seemed to be much narrower than a standard single bed, and was seriously uncomfortable. The only good thing of this hotel is the proximity to the airport Memmingen for the early morning flights.
