Voya Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

They have everything for a great vacation - pools, 4 water slides, shows and animators for kids. A private beach area is available only for hotel guests. Play areas for adults and kids,, playground for kids, adults only pool, several restaurants and bars, convenienve shop, currency exchange. I loved the massages and hamam at the spa. Sadly, they also have horribly loud machines cleaning the alleys 6am to 8am (daily, weekends including). The only reason I took a star off service. After my complaint, the management promised to do something about that. Absolutely the best all-inclusive buffet I've seen. Food changed at every meal and varies each day is high quality and very delicious. Pkenty of drinks choices, including cocktails and mocktails. Underground parking is a big plus in the heat.

Our last day at this incredible hotel. This is the best all inclusive we have ever been to. From the moment you arrive you realise that the service levels are insanely high. The hotel itself is spotless, there are cleaners everywhere working tirelessly to make sure everything is kept clean and to a high standard. They work so hard! Stelko and the entertainment team were brilliant. Always smiling and friendly but never in your face or annoying like some resorts! The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed all the shows. Entertainment here is high quality, like nothing we have experienced before. There is always something to see and do. You don't have to leave the resort as everything is here. The rooms are a great size for a family and very comfortable. There are even toiletries for young children. Everything is thought of. I don't think we have ever had so much wardrobe space in a hotel room. Everyone had a good night's sleep! Food, again, very high quality and like nothing we have experienced before on an all inclusive holiday. Trouble is now everywhere else won't live up to this! The restaurant has such a huge variety of food and they have themed nights like Mexican, Chinese and Turkish. Then you have the snack restaurant which has things like pizza, poke bowls, burgers. There is artisan ice cream, a waffle counter, sub sandwiches and even guilt free desserts. It has EVERYTHING! even protein shakes which pleased a gym goer like myself! Oh and there is a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa too. Honestly the most amazing place..guess we will have to come back next year!!
