홈인 호텔 ·neo (쑤저우 공업원구탕좡지하철역 )

Personally, I find the reception people really helpful. I am a girl arriving at the hotel late at night but she was really helpful. I know chinese a bit, so that maybe plays a factor. But even not, they also speak english a bit. I would say the aircon takes some time to start, but the room is really big. The customer service is top notch, and she was really welcoming! I recommend this place. I am someone who doesn't care about the view, so I forgot what the view looks like. But the place is definitely good for staying.

The hotel is in a great location close to the metro.BUT. It may be newly decorated and has an irritating smell.

房間：設施佈置和房間大小都ok的，符合如家商旅的常規配置，枕頭上有黑點，整體在可接受範圍內 服務：蘇吳地區要多麼熱情不現實的，快速的服務認真的解答，也都不錯 區位：離地鐵站步行5分鐘，往時代廣場附近或者蘇州園區火車站很方便 隔音：災難現場，翻車模範。選擇的時候看到附近有工地，考慮之後認為工地不會白天施工，所以晚上不會至於太過分。結果隔音實在是太差了，第一晚隔壁有一個男聲説話，絮絮叨叨到凌晨兩三點，第二晚男聲沒了，整晚旁邊路上大車狂浪狂浪的經過的聲音，左拐請注意左拐請注意的超大提醒聲，四五點左右啾啾啾的鳥鳴聲，一直伴隨了整個的無法入睡過程。窗户是有的，隔音效果是沒的，如果非要選擇這家，一定帶好耳塞吧。

挺一般的 周圍有工地 優點就是離地鐵站比較近 但是去一些主要的景點還要轉乘 枕頭上有血漬給我噁心到了😓😓😓 衹有兩扇小窗 有一扇窗的把手還是壞的

離蘇州中心也很近

設施新，離地鐵站近。前台服務很好，還主動給了耳塞，因為周邊有市政施工，他們也沒辦法。衹是房間之間的隔斷不是實體牆，如果遇到説話聲音大的，到半夜也不睡覺的就比較心累。
