정회사 골목을 방문한 후, 휴대폰 내비**션을 이용해 그곳까지 걸어갔습니다. 거리가 멀지도 가깝지도 않은 상태입니다. 택시 바 주변 도로를 개조 중이어서 차량이 들어갈 수 없습니다. 지하철이나 버스를 타더라도 걷는데 걸리는 시간은 거의 같습니다. 체크인 수속을 마친 후, 전담 직원이 객실로 모셔와 실내 시설을 간략하게 소개해드립니다. 모든 하드웨어와 부드러운 가구가 훌륭하고 생수는 실제로 바마산입니다. 제공되는 아침 식사는 구수교 세트 메뉴입니다. 선택의 폭이 넓지만 선택하는데 어려움은 없습니다.

발열이 낮고 방이 너무 추워서 히터를 켜서 27도로 맞추고 싶었는데 찬바람이 나오더라구요. 프런트에 물어보니 이게 나오더군요. 해결책. 1. 체크인 전에 미리 안내를 받지 못했어요. 2. 호텔에서 926 위안에 제공하는 서비스는 이렇습니다. 3. 보상이나 해결책은 없으며 아무 일도 일어나지 않습니다. 4. 방의 벽이 벗겨져 있어서 매우 추웠습니다. 실제 리뷰를 선택해주세요!

머무르는 것을 권장하지 않습니다. 방은 34㎡라고 하는데 그 중 절반 이상이 화장실과 현관에 있다. 실제 사용 가능한 면적은 매우 작고, 결국 방 전체에 여행가방을 놓을 선반이 없다. 침대 옆 소파에만 놓아주세요. 호텔 출입이 편리하지 않습니다. 주변에 도로가 건설되고 있으며 환경이 열악합니다.

Had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at Jiangnan House. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and the location is extremely convenient. 欢欢 and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend travellers who are looking to stay within the Guanqian Street area to book Jiangnan House.

Hidden boutique hotel in the residential area of the olden city in Suzhou. Like the minimalist and zen concept. The staff were overwhelming, called one of the night to ask if the room and stay is ok. I think it is not necessary to disturb the guest at night.

The most comfortable accommodation of my China trip. The room is big, clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the hotel has a no smoking policy so there was no cigarette smell within the hotel at all. The staff especially were all very friendly and helpful. I believe each room guest is assigned a butler, and my 管家小泉 checked in on us each day to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Location is also very convenient being located at 观前街 with many food options around. Although being located in any alley, it was just a short walk to the main street to get a didi ride. Would recommend this place and it will be my top accommodation choice if I return to suzhou in future!

Love the vibe of the hotel but not the location as is only accessible by foot. Cumbersome pushing the luggage and navigating to the hotel with the luggage. However, later they told us that they can offer pick up and drop off service to assist with the luggage from pick up point. Which the hotel assisted at our check out 😊. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night after being scam by taxi driver and left us at the silk store telling us not possible to drop us closer to the hotel.

设施：Room design is extremely ergonomically friendly. The branded amenities are very functional and practical 卫生：very clean boutique hotel inside and out 环境：convenient without the noise, easy access to local boutiques/shops, not too far from tourist spots 服务：great service at the reception, butler 小陈管家, and a thoughtful snack gift for our next journey. Everyone is very happy with the stay. Will be back surely.

首先酒店地理位置優越，公共交通方便，周邊衣食住行齊全。身在鬧市區裏，但是又能夠享有寧靜安逸，酒店外觀江南水鄉，但是房間設備又非常方便，特別喜歡浴缸，因為我喜歡泡澡。住在這樣的酒店裡真的能夠充分感受到江南的味道

房間很舒適、前台服務很周到、每日會詢問房內有沒有什麼需要補充的東西、離店也貼心幫忙退行李到路上坐車、地理位置優越 下次還會來住 唯一就是打掃衛生需要叮、第二天回房後發現整理後的房間地上和床鋪上有自己頭髮、要不是知道是自己的真的無法接受這樣整理的效果 後續跟前台反映就有改進

建築是典型的明清風格，黛瓦白牆，雅緻清爽。房間坡頂裝飾不壓抑，一角袖珍花園，綠草翠葉，體現了蘇州園林設計的特色。酒店藏在巷中，安靜無噪音，出來走十分鐘就是鬧市區，尋找美食非常方便。房間温度控制方便，床上用品乾淨整潔，衞生間設備也很好，房間面積不大，沒有客人來訪還行。前台管家服務認真，小徐主動電話詢問需要不需要幫助，由於嬰兒不能喝礦泉水，小徐主動提供了純凈水，真是賓至如歸！由於酒店不能開車進去，酒店行李員主動到下車地點接送行李，非常盡責。總之，來蘇州旅遊，有熊是個不後悔的選擇！

整體設計簡潔，房間乾淨，房間配戴森吹風機真的很好，但是如果可以培訓下清潔阿姨，偶爾清理下尾部出風口就更好了，雖然自己也能清理，但拆開後發現裏面一層灰，心情多少會受影響，畢竟一晚的價格也不算便宜。一樓花園夏天蚊子比較多，淋浴的下水口有很多小飛蟲，這兩樣讓人皺眉頭，其他都挺好。早餐的蘇式麪館，環境好，食物也好吃，關鍵是雖然説是早餐，但其實一整天都可以去吃，這個真的很好。小徐管家從入住開始就很關心入住體驗，有被重視。

房間很雅緻，房間獨有小院的造境很有味道，可以沒遇到江南的雨，否則雨打芭蕉肯定別有一番情趣。房間床品很舒服，洗浴用品質量高。服務很好，管家會每天關注你的需求。位置在觀前街離中心街區和地鐵站近，很好的精品酒店。早餐是姑蘇區網紅麪館的套餐，但天天套餐一樣，未免有些單調了。下次來，可以選擇不帶早餐。
