Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are three apartments with three separate entrances. You can rent one side or all three if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are a half block to a private Beach. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10:00PM and before 8:00AM.Beach Chairs are located under the house . Please return them to the hooks when you are not using them.,No more than 2 people are allowed to stay in the apartment.
