Our home has an open floor plan with 4 flat screen TV's (60",44", 23" and 18') the 60" has a DVR and VHS and extended channels and the guest rooms have built in DVD player. The backyard has Malibu lights and tropical landscape. This includes a natural gas BBQ, patio furniture (table & chairs and 2 chaise lounges). There are games, puzzles, internet connection to enjoy or just peace and quiet--we've got it all. Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals is a short 1/2 mile from your home away from home, as is Surprise Tennis and Racquet Ball Complex, Pickle Ball courts and the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Rainbow Play Park and Urban Fishing is right next to the Library and across from the ball field. The Ottawa University is located right behind the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Peoria Sports Complex, Chase Baseball Field, Goodyear Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, Suns Basketball Arena, Cardinal Football Stadium, NASCAR PIR, and Luke Air Force base are only a short drive away.
