DO NOT BOOK THESE UNITS!!!!! I book for 3 nights but when I entered the unit it was dirty, bins not emptied, unsure if sheets were even changed but then noticed the sliding door to the balcony was broken and could not be locked. We were only the 1st floor and could be accessed from the street. RAY (manager) said the owners won’t get it fixed and I got what I paid for. Returned the key immediately and have fought to get my money back for 6mnts but they totally ignore. Have noticed from reviews that I am not the only one they have ripped off. Unless you want to experience life in the NY Bronx DO NOT BOOK!!!! Disgusting I would give 0 if possible

Me and 2 of my mates went there and once we got into the rooms there was rubbish stuffed in the cushions and had 1 roll of toilet paper (there are 2 toilets). After we checked out I recorded everything to show nothing was damaged then I get a notification that said we broke the toilet and was being charged our bond money for it, after telling him I have video evidence of it not being broken he sends a screenshot of the photo that the housekeeper sent and it was taken completely off, he then says that she was the one who also fixed it and then tried to correct himself because he knew he let the wrong thing slip, so she was the one that got paid to fix it. My evidence shows that nothing was broken but somehow between the 5 hours of our check out time and the time she sent the photo it got broken. They are rip offs and hang up on you once they know they are caught. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

Please do not go here. Ray have STOLEN MONEY FROM my mum for not returning a key WHICH my brothers had done so. He hung up when we asked to see security footage and blamed us for an ALREADY broken toilet. This is shocking as we have never experienced this EVER. he took the money with NO explanations

Terrible service by Made Comfy and terrible apartment. We paid $570 per night for 7 nights to walk into an apartment where nothing worked (dryer didn’t work), the power tripped and had to cook our breakfast in the bedroom. Everything was old and dirty. The sliding door didn’t even lock. We were given the wrong keys when we checked in and had to wait 3 hours for the correct key. Then there were more issues with dropping the key off. Complete rip off. Do not book with Made Comfy and if you get apartment 26c, good luck!
