I visited for business 26-28 March 2025. Here's what I found the pros and Cons of this Hotel. Pros: 1. Located very very close to City Bus Stand...in fact, the hotel entry is common with the bus stand. Railway Station is also pretty near...only 250 metres. 2. Despite being so close to bus stand and railway station, no noise disturbance in the room. 3. Room size is pretty decent and comfortable to move around. 4. Room contains all amenities required for a business traveller: Tea/coffee counter, Ironing board and Iron, Work Table(see my comment in other section), Lounger Chair and Centre Table, adequate lighting(see my comment in other section), telephone near bed and in washroom, etc. 5. TV in the room was especially good/great...55" and that too with pointer remote. Almost all channels I wanted were available in the set top box subscription...no complaints. 6. Hotel building backside looks great from the main road. 7. Hotel front desk and Restaurant staff were very courteous, prompt, well dressed and well mannered. 8. For a 5 star hotel, the room rent was decent. Cons: 1. Hotel entrance is a bit odd...difficult to locate from a distance. Entrance is common with City Bus Stand...not sure what was the reason for an International Hotel Chain to build/choose such an entrance vs generally found for 5 Stars. 2. Room did not have a proper work Table, but a round serving Table of sorts. Maybe it was added to the room as an after thought. Also, no work desk light. 3. Lighting in the room was pretty good, however maybe the electrical controls were not well planned. I couldn't choose selectively if I wantedbto keep just the washroom light on at night...there was no option in that room. 4. The only time I used in room dining I wasn't greeted as courteously as I generally observe...maybe due to my work dress I was wearing at the time(maybe confused with road side construction workers' dress).
