Amazing place as always.  The staff were lovely and service exceptional

Not long been back,right up our street this holiday,brilliant hotel,massive rooms lovely see view rooms,food good and really helpful staff had a great time Not even going to mention the little tiny negatives because they are just not worth mentioning

We are currently at this hotel room 222 2nd floor sea view we are very pleased with everything clean comfortable rooms quite to all the rest of the hotel is kept well and clean ,staff all friendly Food is decent could do with being a little hotter ,drinks are decent beach area lovely and safe to and weather hot

This is a lovely hotel with very good facilities and amazing views from the rooms facing the ocean. The all inclusive food and drink package was very good value . Cleanliness was very good and all members of staff encountered were polite and attentive. The negatives are minor and go down to personal preferences. The shower towels in the room were far too small to dry you. And if you're a brit who likes milk with their tea there was none provided in the room. It was avaible in the main restaurant but the staff when serving drinks found it difficult to serve and provide a decent cuppa. This was our second trip to Bulgaria and again I was overall impressed with the standards. If you are thinking of somewhere nice to go and have a relaxing week with the indulgences of all inclusive then this hotel provides just that.

We holidayed in Sunny beach for the third time and we wanted to check out secrets resort for friends back home. The hotel is clean The room we booked was a noisy room 304. Room above moving furniture about at 5am.We are both retired and are medically unwell. I'm recovering from Cancer so need a relaxing stay. We are coming back on Saturday for three nights stay to end our holidays off.Hopefully the room will be Quiet 🤫 The Food is really good in the restaurant and the staff are helpful. There is a big difference between the cleaning staff, the dining staff, and the “more important” staff, such as the reception. When I arrived, nobody explained to me where my room was or what the Preferred Club meant, so I didn’t benefit from it at all because I didn’t know about it. The reception staff were very arrogant and full of themselves. On the other hand, the cleaning ladies and the ladies serving at the tables were a 10 out of 10. I think you throw away a huge amount of food. You do offer variety, but most of it is of the lowest quality. You should consider that someone who can afford to pay 400–500 euros per night + parking + tips knows the difference between quality food and food made from the cheapest ingredients. Personally, I only tasted it once and then ate only in the resort, as I couldn’t eat at the hotel. Apart from the room, which was clean and nice, nothing impressed me about this hotel. And regarding the Preferred Club, I think you should reconsider it somehow, because nobody pays attention to it—neither the guests nor the staff. Plenty of food and variety, but it feels cheap. It tastes like it’s made from the cheapest ingredients, of course with a few exceptions such as the pizza.
