Hotel New Town USJ Sentral

The interior of the room is very worrying because it is quite dirty with water leakage stains and unclean floors. The cleanliness level is also quite poor because you can see mold on the walls of the room and the surface where you put things. The room preparation is very disorganized and unprofessional. The dirt from the previous customer is still there and not cleaned properly. The room smells of cigarettes and the sheets smell and the bath towels are very thin because they have been used for too long and have not been changed. Very dissatisfied but had to choose to stay because there are no nearby hotels that have empty rooms. A disappointing experience
