One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed. We got quite lucky, as there weren't many guests occupying the other rooms, so the shared spaces were quiet and amazing. The pool is a dream. Beds/linens are absolute luxury. Can't wait to go back!

This is one of the most unexpectedly wonderful places I've ever stayed! My husband and I were a bit leery of a communal kitchen but the whole place was so beautifully designed, the couple who watch over it were so welcoming, and the views so astonishing that I'm ready to move in. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, there are lots of seating areas inside and out, and there are very clear refrigerated and pantry spaces for each casita. Big Bend/Terlingua aren't for everyone and this isn't luxury the way folks who are used to a resort might be expecting but I can't imagine staying anywhere else out here. And yes, there is a pool.

When you travel to far off places and you want peace and serenity, you can’t do any better than Willow House. Everything about this place was well thought out placement of the windows with the views, incredibly comfortable bedding, and over the top features in the guest house, make this an extraordinary retreat .

OMG. Go... this place is magical. Luxurious little oasis in the middle of nowhere at the entrance of Big Bend Nat'l Park. Its incredibly special and unique, a sense of peace and quiet that I didnt realize I needed. We stayed in Casita 8 and our teen children in 11. Our views were simply stunning. Willow House was so good, I chose to stay home from hiking the beautiful park and just enjoy the Main House. The food options in Terlingua are limited - the supermarket has very, very limited options - so plan to eat simply. The outdoor showers were not working, but no bother. This was a 5 out of 5, despite the haul to get to it.. Worth it!!!
