앰비언스 온 후온 B&B(Ambience on Huon Bed & Breakfast)

This is a stellar bnb experience from the minute you arrive. The property is gorgeous and well kept with a stunning view of the Huon River and surrounding countryside. The animals are adorable - goats, chickens, sheep and horses from the place next door. Cyndie is a welcoming host, phenomenal cook and prolific gardener - most of the fruit and veggies come from her garden. Try her In the Jar preserves - my favorites are zucchini relish and pickled broad beans. We had dinner (need to book in advance) - roast chicken with pan roasted vegetables - amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed with crisp cotton sheets and spacious bathrooms. The lounge area has a pool table, puzzles, vintage record player & homemade snacks for a fun evening in. Breakfast was also beautiful - fresh fruit cup, home-made muesli and granola, farm-fresh eggs perfectly poached on avocado toast and every kind of coffee and tea you could want. We stay here every year and love every minute of our time there.

Fantastic 6 star, at least. Many thanks to Cindy for a memorable stay. Beautiful cooked breakfast, fresh eggs and great views of Huon river. Highly recommended if visiting the Huon Valley area. Easy to find and navigate too using Google maps.

A lovely retreat with amazing views. Home grown produce and lovely breakfasts make a delightful start to the day. I’d recommend it to anyone. Indoor space and a lovely garden to relax in. Just three rooms and a warm welcome.

From the moment we arrived , we thought this BnB was exceptional . Panoramic views of Huon River and Hartz Mountains were a very good welcome. Our host Cyndie delivered excellent attention to detail with furnishings, decor and facilities , fireplace in comfortable lounge. Numerous board games, jigsaw puzzles, and snooker/billiards table which we had numerous games of. Breakfast produced her home made jams, stewed rhubarb, pears, fresh fruit salads and various choices of cereal . Poached eggs from her garden hens were very tasty. We were thoroughly spoilt with rack of lamb with homegrown veggies. Home baked goodies were offered for morning and afternoon tea. We highly recommend @ambienceonhuon . Definitely coming back for another visit or two .
