Penryn Guest House

Beautiful Guest house very quiet even though its situated on a main road, The room was outstanding, did not expect to have a kitchen and and extra room, it was all exceptionally clean, The Bed was very commutable and we could see the tv, great information racks in the hallway.

The hosts were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the flat which was clean with really comfortable bed . Would definitely stay again.near to centre with everything you need . Great communication from the owners highly recommend

Elena is very friendly and accommodating. We decided to come at the last minute and she did her best to fit us in at short notice. We'd recommend staying with Elena and visiting the lovely town of Stratford Upon Avon which is only a few minutes away from the guest house.

We stayed at the Penryn Guest House for 2 nights in April. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in is done through email or gmail so you don't see the owners unless you have a problem which they sort out straight away. Its a 20 minute walk into Stratford upon Avon town centre, Shakespeare House, Schoolroom and Guildhall, Anne Hathaway Cottage. I would recommend this Guest House the only down side is that you have to go into Town for Breakfast or Evening Meal.

We had two rooms as we were with family members. I booked using activity superstore vouchers and stayed Monday to Wednesday. We had room 12 which was more like an apartment with all facilities. On arrival which was a bit early we were met by a gentleman who showed us to our rooms and explained procedures for entering and leaving the property. We didn’t have any interaction with anyone else but that was not a problem as everything was perfect. Car park was not an issue and we walked into Stratford which took about 15 minutes. The bed was very comfortable the room was spotless we really enjoyed our stay and would return if coming back to the area. Thank you very much to the owners of the property.

If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay in Stratford-Upon-Avon the Penryn Guest House is it! We arrived late in the evening and we received a code to enter the building and our room via email. We just did a short, flat walk from the train station. Entering our room we were surprised by all the amenities and comfortable bed. There was a small refrigerator next to a table for two with an assortment of coffees, teas and cookies. The Penryn really maximizes the space, a 40” TV mounted high on the wall opposite the beds. The price per night was very affordable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Your also a short walk to the city center to see the sites and some great restaurants.
