This is a Premier Inn and you get what you usual get with the brand. Clean and comfortable. Nice pub food next door. Convenient location just off the A66. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of parking and public transport nearby. There is a restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner. Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Customer service was excellent - everyone I met was helpful.

Prior to arriving at the hotel we received an email a couple of days earlier to say the restaurant had been closed for building works and we would be refunded for any pre booked meals. On arriving to check in we were told this was an error and in fact could eat in the restaurant. The check in was simple and easy and we headed to our room. On opening the door the room smelt fusty and continued to do so until we left. The beds were comfy but it was very hot in the room at night. We were woken several times by people above us banging around and what could only sound like dropping things on the floor. A guaranteed good night sleep did not happen.

Tory was such a great hep on the desk!! Thanks so much, very friendly and great service… My stay was great, couldn’t fault it. Really helped me out when I needed something for work purposes. Would definitely come back to this premier inn again

Ali on reception was brilliant and her customer service was outstanding. Luckily she has a good sense of humour and likes the muppet show. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Always a pleasure to stay here to see the family. Convenient for local eatery and great transport links.

This is a typical Premier Inn Hotel, as you would expect to get anywhere in the country, but what makes it a bit extra special is the warm welcome of the staff, in particular Tory and Laura at the reception desk were a great comedy double act! We stood talking to them for several minutes and had a good laugh. It's a shame Plymouth Argyle didn't win their game against Middlesbrough the following day but we still had an enjoyable visit to Teesside.
