Great stay with a great view The hardware Inn is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something that is quiet, peaceful, and offers a great view of the river. It was easy to access and the owners were very, very easy to work with.

Great space and awesome hosts This was a wonderful stay and a perfect spot for our family. Room for plenty of people to stay and socialize in, full fridge for food and drink, oven for cooking and comfy rooms to stay in. Love the feel of Stockport and having this place to stay is ideal. The only drawback was the VRBO listing says there are 2 queen beds and there is only 1. That needs to be updated. But that’s minor in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a great stay!

Some few changes would improve for people with special needs. I walk with a rollater. Safety bars in bathroom would help for example.

Only in the area for one da and I preferred a historical building vs. cookie cutter hotel. Very roomy.

We loved the history of the inn and the location on the river. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. It was so easy when we arrived, we had our own entrance door and lock code.
