Exquisite location with gorgeous views. The room had central heating which was very welcome in winter. Highly recommend the Spa - we treated ourselves to one of the personal journey packages and it was totally worth it.

On a garden route road trip we stayed for 2 nights. Spacious room but unfortunately upstairs and my mobility isn’t good. However it was a very comfortable stay. A shuttle service to town and can recommend The French Connection restaurant. Staff at the hotel are wonderful as was my back massage at the Spa

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel is slightly out of town but this did not impact us at all as the shuttle bus was freely available with good drivers who knew the area well and were able to offer good recommendations. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was perfectly located, modern, clean and tidy. Bathroom and coffee provisions were provided and updated daily.

From the warm welcome on a very wet and cold day to every touch point throughout our stay the team were efficient, helpful and full of smiles. Our room was luxurious, spacious and so quite - much appreciated as we stayed in. And then there are the gardens and views. We will be back!

Very comfortable hotel. Pleasing environment, calm, lovely bed, good breakfast, pleasant staff. Room was very spacious with great large bathroom and fab toiletries. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Couldn’t have asked for more

From the moment we booked our stay at Le Franschhoek with Vivencia, we knew we were in for a treat. Vivencia worked within our budget to get the very most out of our 3 night weekend. From the welcome desk (with a glass of complimentary bubbles) to the gentleman who helped carry our bags to the room, to the lovely ladies who serviced the room - all the staff were absolutely outstanding. The ladies also surprised us with a very romantic turndown surprise on the bed - rose petals etc. They really went to extraordinary lengths to make our visit very special. The breakfasts were out of this world - and once again, the staff who take care of this were just wonderful. We had a magnificent Fine Dining experience at the Sauvage Restaurant, where Executive Head Chef, Kyle Norris, pulled out all the stops to show off his tremendous skills. The Restaurant Manager, Holly, was such a wonderful hostess and really made our evening "off the charts" special. Chef Odette also blessed us with a few very delicious extra treats between courses. We were once again surprised when Holly presented us with a "Happy Anniversary" card, signed by all the staff at Sauvage who were involved with us. My wife was very spoilt with a few treatments at the Camelot Spa, and apparently had the "best foot massage of my life". Thank you to everyone at Le Franschhoek for an incredible visit, it really meant the world to us. Julian & Cathy Raubenheimer
