The hotel is not worth what it costs. It is very old and neglected, it needs a complete renovation: the doors, blinds, stairs and lights are broken, it has no elevator or bell service, the shower has no curtain or screen. They don't pay enough wifi for the signal to reach the third floor. The surrounding plants are not cared for either. Although the woman at the reception tries to do a good job, the older man is quite unpleasant, addressing customers by chewing gum with his mouth open and in a very derogatory tone. I went to Berlin for work and stayed here because of its location, but it is a hotel I will never return to.

Dieses Hotel gehört abgerissen. Es wird nur noch Geld eingestrichen und die Immobilie als solche ist abgeschrieben. Keinerlei Investitionen, Pflege und Reparaturen. Details erspare ich mir hier (und den Lesern meines Kommentars).
