Fantastic stay in Steamboat Springs! The location is convenient and perfectly located between the ski resort area and downtown. We visited in summer and would not hesitate to stay here again. The room was immaculately clean and suite had all of the essentials for your stay. We loved the bulk bath amenities and good coffee supplies are a must. ❤️

We have been to this property many times. Folks there are kind and accommodating. We enjoy the closeness to town and the magnificent views. It is time to change the carpeting. Not liking the resort fee that has been added especially since we don't use the pool, game room, etc. Prices are very high in Steamboat and an extra $100 is ridiculous.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, particularly Itzamar, is personable, professional and very engaging. We called for directions and she was spot on. When we arrived she greeted us like family. She made us feel welcome. It was a very good stay. We’ll be back.

I immediately saw that this resort was tired, dated, and dirty before ever getting to our room! When we got to the room, there was a large fan sitting outside our door. Entering the room, we noticed it was warm, but turned the air all the way down and went to dinner. When we returned, the room was HOT! I went to the front desk, and they only offered a fan, so now I realized they already knew the AC was out, because a fan was sitting outside our door! They did offer a full refund if we left at that time, but refused to help us find another place to stay even though there is another Legacy resort in town. We will not be back to any Legacy property. There is a Legacy Resort in my hometown in Florida and I will make sure all visitors I know who are coming to visit stay away. It’s my last night on my honeymoon and this room is 80 degrees and gross!

It's fourth of July 2024, we arrived fifteen minutes before 4 pm, and was told that they can't check us in yet. It's four fifteen, there are more guests trying to check in (5-6 groups now), and was told there are system upgrade and need to wait. Good timing to do system upgrade, when there are lots of people traveling for holiday and have to wait.

Staff is super friendly & helpful - in stages of remodeling but it did not interfere with our stay. Games, comfortable commons area, simple minigolf & tennis, ping pong, sauna, indoor swimming pool & hot tubs on site. It's a hilly walk to the main road to catch the free bus that goes through town but we didn't mind the walk. This is a convenient location with a grocery store within site. Our suite had ample room for our extended family, though the kitchen was a little small. It was what we were looking for at a good price. It may look a little "old school", even shabby on the outside but the warmth of the staff makes up for it! Awesome sunsets too.

Very friendly staff and enough things to do at resort to keep kids to adults happy and entertained. Free laundry. Nice gaming room and fitness center. Indoor pool and 2 hot tubs.

The resort was a bit old, which we knew going into it. The road to get to the resort was full of potholes, that we didn't expect. We asked for a room on the ground floor and easy to get in and out, as we had our two dogs with us. The room was an ADA approved room, so lots of space in the bathroom to fit a wheelchair, even though we did not have one. Door jams were nice and wide. The counter and stove were low down but no surprise there. What I didn't expect was a bed so firm/hard that my husband and I woke up with our backs aching each morning. Not just a little stiffness, I mean major discomfort. Had to take OTC pain killers and stretch in the floor to get the pain manageable. We are in our mid 60's so maybe it's just our backs. After 3 nights, we checked out and drive back to Denver, our home. We had a reservation for next October for a 2 bedroom unit, which we were going to take our daughter with us. That has been cancelled, as the thought of sleeping on a similar bed is frightening.

Friendly, amazing staff! They are wonderful here. This resort is older but clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again
