This spacious farm-house sits on 40 magnificent, private acres. It's one of the biggest bangs for your buck in the Cooperstown area. Many places say it's high-speed internet, but that's because it's not dial-up. lol. Their Satellite Internet is NOT high-speed in my world....getting only 3Mbps doesn't cut it. We have cable TV's high-speed internet. I work in the Information Technology (IT) world, and I couldn't get by with Satellite's Internet speed. Only 4 minute drive from downtown attractions including many great restaurants...Farmers Museum, Glimmerglass Opera House, Fenimore House Museum and National Baseball Hall of Fame. Historic Cherry Valley is only 7 miles north and also offers a variety of restaurants and arts programs.Cooperstown is loaded with many other attractions than just the Baseball Hall of Fame. There are several other museums (Farmers Museum and Fenimore House) and also many restaurants to choose from. Outdoor activities are in abundance on and around Lake Otsego including boating, kayaking, swimming , hiking and biking.
