Although our neighbors are cool people, we do want to be respectful of their enjoyment. They are full-time residents.WifiWe do have wifi on property. Sometime the service can be spotty. We have seen wifi issues in the guest house. If wifi is very important to you, you may want to bring a hotspot or use your phone. Lake LBJ is one of the largest constant level lakes in the U.S. and is ideal for water-skiing, jet-skiing, boating and fishing. The lake house is in a no wake zone in the cove which is great for swimming and docking boats and personal watercraft. Guests love the super-sized boat and fishing dock. The oversized dock has plenty of room for everyone and is the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, dancing, or just relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake. The dock also has a water slide or you can have fun kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Please bring your own life vest and lake towels. The water near the shore is shallow enough for smaller children to wade and gradually gets deeper. You will enjoy the freshness and cleanliness of this home. It is kept in excellent condition. The kitchen comes completely equipped. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. The living room has a 50 inch TV and plenty of seating for everyone.
