Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. Please be sure to update your reservation guest list total if any changes occur prior to check-in. All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary. After reservation is booked the guest will receive a link to their Guest Rental Agreement. This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the guest in order to confirm their reservation and to receive access to the property.
