Stylish & Spacious Interior • Open-concept great room with soaring windows that showcase lake views from every angle. • Designer kitchen with high-end finishes that make cooking a joy. • Dining and living areas perfect for entertaining or unwinding. • Four bedrooms, three bathrooms – comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Activities & Neighborhood • Swim, float, or just relax by the water. • Bring your fishing gear and enjoy lakeside fun. • Head over to the nearby nine-hole golf course (fees paid at city hall). • Scenic neighborhood, ideal for morning walks. Important Details • Pool & hot tub heating: $175 first night / $65 each additional night (36 hours’ notice required; hot tub heating unavailable June–August when the chiller is running). • Early check-in (11am): $375 (when available). • Late check-out (6pm): $375 (confirmable 3 days before arrival). • Pool floats: A few provided; guests welcome to bring their own (we recommend Amazon’s 4-in-1 hammock float). • Pool house not included in rental.
