A hotel or a collection of scattered houses? Every time we went to our apartment we had to pass a dark alley with passing cars. We had bought half board. Half board is a food and drink package often offered in hotels. But in this hotel even water was not included. The only meat dish in the restaurant ran out in the first quarter or half an hour. Customer service was unhelpful and surly. The sun loungers round Boda Pole were not even enough for a quarter of the guests. At the sea you had to pay for the sun loungers.

Wonderful place, perfect location if you don't want to be in the busy city and still want to have life around. The best in the hotel is ofc it's barman Dimitris (Jimmy) which could be called a heart of that place. Those evening in the bar when he finds what to tell and to serve for every customer. Dimitris (Jimmy) - 15/10 to you man!

We chose this hotel because it looked lovely and was near Chania. Firstly, the good things about this hotel were the rooms, nice and spacious, beds comfy and they were cleaned daily. The barman was friendly and always made of point of asking how you were. The pool area was nice and cleaned regularly. So the not so great things were, no tea and coffee in the rooms, reception staff could of been more friendly and smiled more, food was mediocre (really not much choice at all), if you went to dinner later even less, occasionally we were asked if we wanted a drink with tea, sometimes we were just ignored, I didn’t order a cocktail at the bar because I thought €9 was very expensive. This hotel was supposed to have entertainment but out of the whole week they did karaoke once. Was very disappointing as it was advertised until the end of October. When we checked out, we weren’t asked how our stay was, which was very unprofessional. Will not return.

Nice athmosphere; staff, rooms, garden, restaurant and pool area. When you arrive, you can feel to be welcome. Dinner buffet really good, a new team in kitchen! Something for everybody. Tastes like greek home made meals! Breakfast also. Kitchen made portions for special needs (glutein and lactose free desserts) One of the best bartenders in main bar. Nice beach and new beach bar also. Very well organized, professionell, cozy and clean place. I can recommend, and will be back.

Arrived early hours of the morning and there were rolls and 2 bottles of water waiting for us. There was a tax to pay €49. The room was very spacious. Comfy beds, little kitchenette. Towel were changed daily. We paid €15 for a safe and €12 for beach towels which you could change twice in the week. The food was brilliant plenty of choice. My only negative point was at breakfast time they had a 2 slice toaster for the whole hotel. There was not much entertainment as it was end of the season. We got the bus into Chania €2 each plenty of buses run regularly. We also got the bus into Platanias which is a large modern resort. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A friend and I spent a week at Creta Palm from 1st- 8th October. The hotel is situated in a good location, near the beach, shops and bus stop. We stayed in a spacious studio apartment, beautifully decorated and cleaned daily, bedding and towels changed every day. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. Missed having tea and coffee facilities which usually are available in 4 star hotels. Bar staff, particularly Jimmi, restaurant staff and maids were all polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately, reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Food in the restaurant was great, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal. The salads in particular were amazing. Would certainly return to this beautiful hotel.
