더 스완 호텔(The Swan Hotel)

景觀特別好，泰唔士河直接就在前面，房間相當大，汽泡水、膠囊咖啡、甜點餅乾等免費提供！晚餐烤雞及濃湯都是現做的好吃。英式早餐也非常豐盛美味。老板非常親切，幫我解決一些出行問題！

Meeting friends for drinks and dinner in the restaurant and staying overnight. I was given a lovely welcome after a horrible journey. I’d booked a ‘comfy’ room which was super comfortable with a balcony overlooking the river, a great selection of teas, coffees, proper milk and nice toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was great. All in all the perfect B&Q😊

Beautiful rooms, excellent friendly staff, lovely food and a gorgeous location overlooking the river! Second time I've been and can't rate the team highly enough!

I entered the room, the balcony door was left wide open so the room was freezing cold with a duplex Heater left in to warm it... Went to dinner. Served a tough steak, got corn on the side, when I brought it to attention it was FRIDGE cold, he laughed and saidnskrry about that and still charged me despite it not been eaten. Dessert and chips were nice. I left my brand new earphones in the room. Rang up to say I left them there and can see with a GPS tag they're still there despite been told housekeeping couldn't find them. The next day they moved literally around the corner to what is extremely likely a staff members house as why would a guest book a room there if he or she lives behind the hotel. Even if room was cleaned the housekeeping would've seen it on my bedside. I can't recommend this place and will be highlighting it with my local business to blacklist this place if my headphones aren't returned soon.

Full of insects,spiders and bugs. The bathroom stunk and there was rust all on the shower tray. The toilet was stained with brown marks. And they done nothing to help remove all the insects flying around. The noise was so loud as it was a pub there were people outside past 11pm. But they rushed to use a hoover to hoover the bugs as it would wake the guests…even though the noisy pub people were able to keep us up until midnight.

Wonderful location on the river and lovely old building. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds comfy with high quality sheets and pillows. I slept so well! The pub serves brilliant bar food and the restaurant is top class. Highlight - amazing breakfast! The eggs benedict was perfect

Very warm room, had to turn heat down. Parking on quiet road outside hotel cost £5. Food great but small portions. I ate the burger and still felt hungry. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Invoice was emailed to me.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice. I was able to check into my room early, and it was beautiful. I even had a balcony facing the river! My only issue is that the shower is a bit small and I kept hitting my elbows, but I think that's a me problem.

Lovely view of Thames, staff was pleasant and the hotel manager was most helpful. Felt really welcome, and the New Year's party was an unexpected bonus.
