Travelodge Staines

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

We usually use Premier Inn but Travelodge was £70 cheaper for two nights. We had a room overlooking the river and trees at the back of the hotel, it was lovely to hear the water....also unlike Premier Inn we were able to open the windows, we like an airy room at night. Also saw a fox which was lovely. Will stay again.

Awesome next to Staines high street. All the staff was very polite and professional. Highly recommended. Not a single issue I had for my 2 weeks stay at the hotel.

Poorly maintained room, no bulbs in bedside lamps, shower gel dispenser broken, lots of minor issues making me think that this Travelodge depends on its location to get customers as effort sadly lacking in room. Breakfast possibility not advertised or mentioned. Such a shame as we are seasoned Travelodge users. Will stay in Sunbury next time as they are always good in all aspects.

Situated central in the town and close by is the main, large, carpark which was the first sigh of relief we had. A very short walk to the hotel.The receptionist, on arrival, was lovely. Such a warn friendly smile and a very polite young man was a great welcome. The room was so close to the entrance and a god send for me, as I am disabled and walking is difficult. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The bed linen was fresh,crisp and white and now we are happy, we had made such a great choice is hotels. We used to stay with the rival hotel, but from now on It's Travel lodge every time.

Soap/shampoo dispensers were not working so given a new room (also had a sticky surface on the table top near the kettle). New room had a weird smell (we think may have been vomit). Also stained carpets. Staff was friendly enough but probably the second worst hotel stay of my life

THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE, WORST ONE EVER! A BUNCH OF US WENT TO A SCHOOL TRIP AND NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT, MOST ROOMS WHERE DREADFUL, THE BEDDING HAD STAINS AND MARKS THAT WAS DISGUSTING THERE WAS RIPS IN THE CHAIR I WOKE UP WITH BITE MARKS ALL OVER ME AND THE BATHROOM HAD BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE FLOOR THERE WAS DIRT IN THE PLUG HOLE ALONG WITH HAIR THIS HOTEL NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN ! AND ME AND THE PEOPLE I WENT WITH WE WANT A REFUND!
