Just returned from an incredible stay at Avaton Beach Resort. Such a pretty resort with a cosy charm. The beach and views are stunning and the food was fantastic. What made our stay extra special was the friendly and attentive team who make you feel so welcome.

For Avaton we heard by Instagram, no had recommendations. After the years spending holidays in Sani,we wanted to try something new. After the long road we came in small village but from that day the problems with accommodation started. First...the rooms was okey, designed nothing special but not very clean. The beach is okey, private, but also not clean. Service is... AWFUL. First manners with breakfast and dinner. Our friends and my family paid about 10.000 e IN ADVANCE. The dinner was with several plates of food, so you can choose one salat and one meal and desert for excample ONE SCOOP OF ICE CREAM . The dishes are very small and not so tasty. Also waiting for lunch/dinner about 1 h . The only luxuries things about this place is the big price we paid , it has nothing about the resort. We cancelled half board but didn’t get the money back. The villas not have privacy, its very noisy when the capacity is full. We are suprised by the comments we red about Avaton, the feeling is totally different. 👎🏻

Fort this budget, you can get much nicer houses with cleaning on a daily basis... Avaton desperatly misses a restaurant (and if you make one please keep it simple!). If you order from the restaurant located miles away in Oranopouli, you'd better like cold dishes. Moreover this "room service" is expensive. Avoid rooms with private pool, only one offers a decent size (Room 101). Too bad, this wasn't our suite, so even my 4&6 years kids weren't using the so called pool, which is rather a big bath tub... Prices of the minibar were as high as in a 5*hotel in New York or Paris... And at this rate, asking 2€ for every small bottle of water placed in the room is just unbelievable! Otherwise there are some great points : rooms are fine, the site is amazing (water is crazy, really nice beach) Again, the absence of restaurant is a terrible painpoint, we had to go to the nearby camping to have lunch, and there the experience wasn't unforgettable! For 650€/night, I'll make sure next time to rent a fantastic house elsewhere, as once more the level of service offered in Avaton is ridiculously poor. Today Avaton really makes me think of a big cash machine, employing underpaid trainees for almost everything (beach service, house cleaning, reception). Really a shame

My stay at Avaton in Greece was truly exceptional! Settled in a stunning location overlooking the sea, the villa offered a serene escape with breathtaking views at every turn. The accommodations were beautifully designed, with modern elegance and comfort in mind. I stayed in a suite where the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it clear that guest comfort was a top priority. One of the things I loved most was the peaceful ambiance. The surroundings felt so tranquil, and with access to the beach just steps away. If you're looking for a luxurious yet relaxing Greek getaway, Avaton Luxury Hotel & Villas is an excellent choice. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

Receptionist manager a young gentleman was very rude and unprofessional he ruined our family vacations!

Exzellent location and wonderful service. Best surrounding with direct contact to a find beach. Very calm.
