We only booked four nights at this property. We were delayed (we called multiple times to alert them beforehand but no one answered the phone). When we finally found the place, nobody came to open the door. Then we were given the worst twin room (it was meant for parents with kids). Next day we complained and were promised a refund (that has not happened).They changed our room into a room we originally booked. But they ran out of pillow cases! How can a ‘hotel’ run out of essentials?! The breakfast was served from 8.30 which is too late..The music was too loud and the room was full of flies. The staff was just standing behind the bar chatting, drinking coffee and staring into their laptop. After a while we were noticed and someone came to take our order. We had to wait again. There is no buffet breakfast. You have to order it from the menu. Very inconvenient especially when you have to catch a plane/ferry! Every time we met the lady from the office, she kept promising a refund to us. We are still waiting for it! The property needs upgrade in every single aspect (beds and mattresses were old and uncomfortable, en-suite bathroom was just a corridor and you had to shut the door if you wanted to get to the toilet, the shower was stuck, a sink was in the bedroom, no blackout curtains, walls are thin and you can hear noise from the corridor, wardrobe had holes in the ceiling...). The staff needs more training. We would not stay in this property again and would not recommend it.
