The room was very clean and with all the amenities needed. The breakfast was very good, especially on the second morning because I went earlier, so there was more variety. The owner was present in different departments and always had a smile on his face and was ready to greet the guests. Vino, was helpful and very friendly and Ana from reception is a must in the team, what a lovely receptionist, always ready to help. From the breakfast I have to mention Thomas and the sweet Sushmita. After checking out the room, I left my bag, and Ana also let me keep my things in the freezer. The only things that can be improved, is making sure that the right information is passed, because when I checked in, I was informed by the reception manager that they would pre-authorize 100€ in case of room damaging. That is totally fine, but I told her that I would need the docket from the machine on check out, with the pre aut reversed and she said that it's not possible and that the money would be in my account in 1 day, even though I told her that I have a debit card so that is not possible. Later I was informed by other receptionist that the pre auth can take until 21 days to be released in the card... Thank you for everything guys, keep up with the good work!
