Welcome to our cozy, modern home! We are happy to serve as host for your St. Augustine stay! While we are new to VRBO, we launched this rental property in early 2021 on other rental platforms and are proud to report we have 20 5-star reviews on Airbnb with status of "super host"! Our house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bath, large kitchen and main room. 2 minute drive to grocery, 8 minutes to downtown, intercostal, and beach, and across the street from large family friendly park perfect for running, playing, and fishing. Many good restaurants within short driving distance. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Patio out back. Secluded backyard area with fire pit and charcoal grill. 4 smart TV's throughout, high speed WiFi at 349 Mbps!We have plenty of on-sight parking in our oversized driveway that stretches around the back of the property.Other things to noteWe are a short 5-15 walk to many shops and cafes. Historic downtown itself is a bit further, it is a 35-40 minute walk and we enjoy making the trip during the winter for the lights! If you prefer to drive, it will take you 5-10 minutes to get downtown depending on the traffic.Please note - The Florida east coast railway runs behind our home and you may hear it several times a day.
