Pico dreams really is a dream. The photos on websites do not convey the beauty of the place. We were in room 16, super new, clean and decorated with taste, it felt like staying in a 5 star resort surrounded by lush greenery. The owners are really sweet and ever ready to help. The place is in a very quiet and relaxing area but within walking distance from Piscinas naturais and a couple of very good restaurants. If it offered breakfast it would be even more amazing, but in any case this is not a problem as they provide beautiful shared kitchens and very near the place is a mini market. Thank you for this unforgettable stay, the best on the Azores so far!

Even though it was just for a night, we had a great stay with Isabella and Concalo. They are super kind and helpful and Concalo even took us to the ferry. The room is warm and doesn’t have airconditioning, but that is really the only negative. Would recommend staying here!!!

I made a reservation for Pico Dreams in March and paid few weeks before my arrival. The day of the check in (more precisely, 30 minutes before the check in) I received a notification from Booking saying that my reservation was canceled. The Owner of the place did not even have the decency to contact me by phone and explain the inconvenience (which would have been appreciated) and did not even help me find a solution (as did the guy from the car renting place). She simply told me to handle it directly with Booking (which proposed a horrible and even more expensive place). I am speechless and extremely disappointed. Thanks Pico Dreams for the “excellent” welcome to Pico!

The room and bathroom was comfy and clean and spacious. The available eating area and kitchen was also clean. Laundry is available on site. The pool was open, I just didn't use it. Not much close by but if you have a car there is no issue. Free parking on site. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions or assistance you may need.

Con un viaggio di gruppo siamo stati 4 notti in questa struttura dopo la metà di gosto e la consiglio vivamente. I gestori Gonzalo e Noemi sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti e per qualsiasi consiglio o suggerimento sono a completa disposizione. La struttura è immersa nella pace più assoluta, dispone di una piscina e un parcheggio interno. La camera non è grande ma i letti sono confortevoli. Ognuna ha una veranda o balconcino privato. C’è una cucina in comune dove poter lasciare bevande e cibo e inoltre c'è una veranda dove poter fare colazione in tranquillità e la nostra era con vista oceano. Altro servizio aggiuntivo è la possibililità di utilizzare la lavatrice nella sala lavanderia. Ricezione wifi ottima. La struttura dista 15 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese e dalle piscine naturali sull'Oceano. Consigliato per molti motivi ma soprattutto per chi vuole davvero godersi la natura e la pace più assoluta.
