Best place and right at the city centre. Owner is very friendly and helpful, gave few suggestions that made our trip a memorable experience

We had a wonderful time at Ikraam Inn. Ilham(owner) was very considerate and helpful in planning out our Srinagar itinerary on a tight schedule. The homestay is situated in a beautiful section of Rajbagh and the homestay itself has a nice vibe, good for visiting with friends & family. Specials thanks to Priya & Amit for taking care of our requests related to room & meals.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the garden, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was provided. You could choose what you wanted for breakfast, and it was always homemade and delicious. We also had the option to order lunch and dinner, which were just as tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel is located close to Zero Bridge. The area, like the rest of the city, is quite busy with traffic. The hotel owner, Mr. Ilham Husain Bhat, and his family took care of us in the kindest way—helping with sightseeing tips, arranging reliable taxis, and always being there when we needed anything. Mr. Bhat is a truly warm and helpful person, and his whole family made us feel like part of theirs. Staying at Hotel Ikraam Inn was a special experience for us, and we warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.

We went for visiting Kashmir last year after our daughter's 10th Std board exam. We stayed in Ikraam Inn. Our entire visit, site seeing have been a lifetime experience that we will remember forever. Our stay in Ikraam Inn has been excellent. It is a nice, clean and well-maintained place with all the facilities equivalent of a very good hotel, available there. 24X7 hot water, good AC, clean bed / sofa / furniture are all available. The owner Ilham Bhatt and his parents were very nice and friendly. We used to get into family gathering and discussions during the dinners / breakfast. While this allowed us to have informal chats, it also helped us to know more about Kashmir. We also got nice home cooked food there. Actually, we first connected with Muneer who took us to various points for site seeing in his taxi during our stay. We got his contact details from a doctor family and our neighbor in Pune who visited Kashmir and Muneer took care of all the site seeing for them. Muneer then connected us with Ikraam Inn and one other place where we stayed for a night. Muneer was hence the single point of contact for us who helped us with all the arrangements. He is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He is soft spoken, punctual, honest and dependable. He knows all the places of interest there and provides right information and suggestions to plan our whole trip depending on the number of days we plan to stay. He let us enjoy at our own pace. He also took us to the right restaurants, and shops for shopping winter clothing, saffron etc. He made the whole trip so memorable! We took some street food there and we had stomach trouble. He and Ilham took us to the right hospital and helped us with each steps during the treatment. We quickly recovered and came back to Pune but we are still in contact with Muneer. Our next trip will be so much easier because we already have the right connects i.e. Muneer and Ilham. I have the luxury of blindly trusting them to help us out with our entire stay when we visit next time.

A beautiful property with most satisfying homemade breakfast.The friendly person making us feel like home.Will surely recommend for a peaceful stay. Help us also to arrange local transport at better prices. Will visit again next time for sure

I stayed in Kashmir for 5 nights and honestly this was my best stay throughout the trip. The property is very well maintained and very beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and neat. All the basic amenities like geyser, kettle, hot and cold AC, clean bedsheets, water was available and it was almost -6° outside but inside the room I was sweating at night. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay at this place again whenever I visit Kashmir again. I generally don't write any reviews but I really want people to know about this place because of my overall experience.
