Ritz Houseboats

I been first time in houseboat and so glad that I choose to stay here, I felt like home enjoyed the meals and we took a boat trip to explore the lake and surroundings , it was a great experience. Looking forward to coming again... See you soon!!!!

Very nice place with clean house. Food hygiene and good. Very helpful staff & Owner. He also arranged transportation for whole tour in cheap rate. Value for money. Very quiet place to stay. Shikara ride also arranged

We are starting for 4 nights in a quiet and peaceful place. The food was perfect for me because they responded to my extra requests without any problems. Jehangir is a competent and kind *** who can be asked anything. I really enjoyed the time and was able to relax a lot. Thank you very much, and also a big thank you to the loving family who took good care of us.

Great experience to live in house boat with neat n clean interior. Ritz house boat is one of the best place to live in Srinagar. Good house like food, had breakfast. Breakfast was fresh n hygienic. Hospitality shown by the owner n caretaker was flawless. Very happy to spend time with them.

Our experience at Ritz Houseboat was very nice! Jehangir and his team were gracious hosts who made us feel at home. They arranged for boat rides and suggested places to visit. The houseboat itself is beautifully furnished. The view of the Nigeen lake with Lotus, lilies, birds and the setting sun is a memory we'll never forget!

We stayed at Ritz houseboat for 2 nights in Apr 2022. The houseboat was clean and well maintained. Jahangir and his dad Mushtaq took good care of us. Suggested us the right places to go, how to avoid tourist traps, etc. They can arrange cars and shikara rides in the lake or to the floating veggie market.The service is prompt and the view from the houseboat is lovely. Nigeen lake is peaceful in comparison to the crowded Dal lake. Another positive point is that there is a lovely garden just outside the houseboat. If we ever go back to Srinagar, we will choose Ritz hb again for sure.

I visited Ritz in winters Jan.22, twice once solo and just a week later with family. Before choosing it I had lots of appreciation coz it was chilling with temp dipping to minus and I can’t resist cold, but finally I decided and I went ahead. I don’t want to talk about facilities coz I knew I am not in any five star hotel but I must say it was a homely experience, the owner is so humble and generous that he himself looks after for every comfort you need. If someone looking to stay in Negin lake houseboat it is a place to consider…

My first visit to Kashmir solo , and I was bit hesitant but once I checked in at this houseboat I felt comfortable and peaceful... The staff was helpful and served delicious homemade food, the park adjoining was beautiful and I enjoyed an evening walk. Hopefully next time I'll visit with my friends again.

It was a flawless stay with nice people. The host is very interested in the people and has excellent English knowledge. The food was very good, and also the view from every room. It's family-friendly and also good for a ro***tic trip. If you need something, they help you with everything and plan some trips together with you to the best prices. The rooms and everything else are clean. All in all, I would recommend it to everyone!!
